Wee Woolly Wonderfuls – Archie and Gracie
Tuesday 16th September 2025
We love working with Wee Woolly Wonderfuls and helping to distribute their patterns so it’s always exciting when Lisa tells us there are new designs on the way. And here they are. Meet Archie and Gracie the super-cute little monkeys complete with their own wardrobe.

Lisa started Wee Woolly Wonderfuls as a way to balance pursuing her creative passion with being a mum. “When I was pregnant with my son, I kept seeing adorable crochet toys I wanted to make for him. I thought how amazing it would be able to buy a kit with everything that you need included, or a beginner pattern, which had step by step video tutorials, so that learning was made easy.” It started there and has taken off over the last 8 years.

How does Lisa come up with her gorgeous creations? “I have so many ideas of characters I want to create and designing them is my absolute favourite part of Wee Woolly Wonderfuls. I have my own style and often can make them exactly as I want from just the idea I have in mind. I tend not to draw them first as I'm absolutely hopeless at drawing! But when it comes to being able to create them using wool and the ideas I have in my head - I find it comes naturally!”
“I had planned to design a monkey for some time as lots of customers kept asking me for one and am really pleased with how they turned out - such cheeky faces! I needed names for them and decided to name them after my great nephew and great niece - Archie and Gracie. I think it suits them perfectly! I loved designing the outfits for them, and it's great that you can create outfits in different colours too, allowing them to mix and match.”

The Archie and Grace patterns are available from Stylecraft stockists now.

We also love these two Seasonal designs called Pumpkin Pie and Willow the Witch
