Today we'd like to celebrate our Clever Crafters who have appeared each week on our social media for several years now.

It’s our chance to see what you have all been making when we invite you to show us your finished projects. The call for Clever Crafters goes out on Tuesday and by the following morning our inbox is groaning with the number of images of the most gorgeous and accomplished projects you can imagine. Garments, accessories, toys, projects for the home in every colour you can possibly imagine, and all made in our yams.

The really tough part for us is choosing which 6 projects to feature as Clever Crafters, they are all just so good.

Have a look at some of our favourites.

Crochet version of Steven Brown's Tribute To A McCoo created by Holly Virgil Merry using 68 shades of Stylecraft Special DK. It took 75,550 stitches, over 300 hours crocheting and another 55 hours just to sew in the ends.

Dawn Brown knitted this lovely baby cardigan done in the Denim shade of Stylecraft Special DK. This Clever Crafter loved making a change from baby blue.

Jackie Severs says this is her first knitting project quite a few years. She hasn’t lost her touch.

Belinda Pearse - the Queen CAL by Tinna Thórudóttir Thorvaldsdóttir in the Oceania Stylecraft Special DK colourway.

Rosemary Davis’s neck warmer in Stylecraft Batik looks so cosy. She used a pattern from the free downloads section of our website.

A magnificent flamingo crocheted by Helen Harrison in Stylecraft Special Chunky
